Choc Chick Raw Organic Cacao Powder is made from the prized single origin Nacional Arriba cacao bean and is ethically sourced from co-operatives in Ecuador. It is 100% cacao, minimally processed and with no additives or sugars. This natural cacoa is ideal for hot chocolate drinks, smoothies, sprinkled on porridge and raw chocolate making.

Caution : Product packed in an environment that also handles nuts.

Choc Chick's Hot Chocolate
Mix together 2 heaped teaspoons of cacao powder and 1-2 teaspoons of natural sweetener (coconut syrup, date nectar, agave, maple syrup), add a little almond milk to make a paste, top up with hot almond milk, mix well and enjoy.

Raw Chocolate Smoothie
In a blender add 1-2 tablespoons Cacao Powder, 1 banana, 1 cup almond milk, 1tablespoon nut butter, 1 tablespoon agave nectar. Blend well and enjoy.

Raw Chocolates
Gently melt 100g Cacao Butter in a bowl over a pan of water on a low heat. Once melted, add 6 tablespoons of Cacao Powder, a pinch of sea salt and 3-4 tablespoons of natural syrup to sweeten. Mix well and pour into ice cube trays or plastic moulds. Leave to set in the freezer for 15-20 minutes and enjoy.
